Validation for storage location

Greetings to Experts!!

I am looking for following two validations;

1- stock outward movement from a particular storage location (say ABC ) could only be possible via 351.

2- 351 movement type could only be used for storage location ABC

For the first one, IN OMJJ, for the movement type , tick The storage location automatic option. If the stor loc in maintained in the material master, then that will be picked automatically..

For the second , I don find any possiblilty

I was expecting some validation type rules for inventory movement and storage locations. Yet there are detailed rules available for FI & CO in tcode GGB0, is'nt there any possibility in MM to define required validations.

I think there is no solution in standard SAP sytem
