VA01/VA02/VA03 button icons missing

Does anyone knwo how to get the icons back?

On our DEV system, the icons have disappeared last week from VA01/VA02/VA03.

This seems a system wide change, as this happened for everyone.

Our QA and PRD systems still have the icons.

I've found the solution:

resolved by regenerating the CUA elements for SAPMV45A via Trx SE41
And after, a CUA buffer reset with Trx /$CUA

Note: 9477 - Missing menu items on GUI
