V_T554M- Do not include day of birth in calculation period

Hi experts,

I am working on Geo-India, total 84 days of maternity leaves, while configuring T554M system has this option.

1/ Do not include day of birth in calculation period

2/ Move end date

3/ Move start date

i do not want these as delivery date is also included in the leave of 84 days.

What is a best possible solution for this.

Use option 1, and then set it to 83 days. This way you will have 84 days i.e. 83 + 1.

I have kept - do not include date of delivery +maintained 83 days in the boxes.

in this way it is giving me 84 days.

will it be fine or it will have any further repercussions

As far as I know it should work without any problems, but if I were you I would anyway do some tests i.e. run some of your regular reports etc. or maybe ask your functional guys to test?
