Using DTW to import AR Credit Memos and getting error 999900202 - Cannot call the tax rate service - contact technical support. I was using Avalara tax service but turned them off in SAP B1 and the Electronic Document Server to try to resolve the error but none of these steps has allowed me to get past this error.
