Using BAPI delivery order to PGI through API

Hello Experts!!!

 Based on STO we create auto generated delivery order using API where BAPI ''BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CREATE_STO"  used. Right now similar way we need to complete the delivery order line wise using BAPI through API completed with PGI where update S.Loc (LGORT) and Picked Qty (PIKMG) .I created a custom BAPI and its work for 15 records after that its gave error.
