Users are not able to access UK Payment Practice and Performance - United Kingdom app

Finance team has highlighted that they are unable to access UK Payments Practice and Performance - United Kingdom app. They have used this before.

Please can you advice.

Hi Monali, Checking into the app, the business role SAP_BR_AP_MANAGER_GB should be assigned to the user. Could you check the role assignment with app "Maintain Business Users"? If it has been assigned properly, then I'd like to suggest you raise an incident to report this issue. Kind Regards, Lucy
