You should create the custom tile for My inbox.

Hi,

Thank you for the answer.

But I think the standard scenario can only just do 1 attribute sort. We have request to:

1. Sort by : Priority and CreatedOn (2 attributes)
2. OR this request can be accomplished by default Group By Priority

Hope you can guide me to the best solution.
