User status Equipment Maintenance

Good Morning,

I have configured a user status scheme for the Maintenance Equipment object, but I need to change the status of the equipment when it is assigned to a PM order, but my configuration does not work.

Is there a possibility that it will work with different business operations? That is, when the order is notified or when the liquidation or other business operation is carried out.

Hi Marina,

The user status cannot be changed automatically in standard SAP. If you want to develop this functionality yourself, you can probably use function module STATUS_CHANGE_EXTERN for this.
