User password forgotten/reset

Dear all,

We have a CUA on Solution Manager 7.2 and we would like to provide the users with a "Password Reset" or "Password Forgotten" facility/link without installing SAP IDM product.

Is it any way to provide that though a link in the SAP WebUI (login screen) or SAPGUI or may be using a BAPI_USER_CHANGE called from a web service ?
