User exit for updating payment advice

Hi Guys

At our client, we clear our AR sometimes by using lockbox (FLBP) and at sometimes we create our own payment advices using a custom program and then use the program RFAVIS40 to post them.

We want to be able to have the system modify the payment advices before posting them. In other words, we need a find a user exit where we will update the payment advice as needed and then submit it for posting. Can you advise, where this can be done.

I am assuming both lockbox (RFEBLB20) and RFAVIS40 will call the standard SAP's posting program FB05 at some point for posting and this is where we need to find the exit. I could be wrong.

Please advise.

Hello Kishan,

We are also facing the same issue. The user exit RFAVIS01 allows us to change only SGTXT. In our requirement we wanted to change 'Alternate company code' and 'Alternate customer' during RFAVIS40 process. We are facing issue with internally called transaction FB05 as you mentioned in your issue.

Can you please through some light on us and explain how you could able to fix this issue?
