User Defined Windows Authorization

I have a UDT that used for my FMS and StoredProcedure, the problem is everyone can access those table from Tools-User-defined windows and choose any table that is available and they can change/add the value. Any solution to prevent this ?

Hi,

Yes possible by means of addition authorization creator function.

How?

1. Administration--->System Initialization--->Authorizations--->Additional Authorization Creator

Add you form number ( UDT form is 8003). Please refer below image

2.  Administration--->System Initialization--->Authorizations

select required user and select no authorization for above form User Authorization
