Hi, check the restrictions step 5 please.

  1. Open the Form: Navigate to the specific form (e.g., Sales Order, Customer Master, etc.) that contains the UDFs.

  2. Enable Layout Configuration:

    • Go to "Form Settings" or select "Set Layout" from the menu.
  3. Rearrange UDFs:

    • In the layout editor, find the UDFs.
    • Drag and drop the UDFs to the desired positions to set their display order.
  4. Save Changes: After arranging the UDFs, save the layout to apply the changes.

  5. Check Permissions: Ensure there are no restrictions on field visibility that could affect user access.

  6. Test the Layout: Exit the layout editor and open the form to verify the new display order for all users.

These steps will help you set the display order of UDFs across the selected form for all users in SAP Business One.

hope this help you

1. OK, I did it. In my case this is the Item Master Data

2. If I select Form Settings, I can't edit UDFs. I can edit the order in Customitaion Tools -> Settings

3. I don't have the drag and drag option with this method at the UDFs section.

4. OK

5. Every fields are visible

@SonTranprovided a solution, this is how it works for me

In SAP Business One 10.0, you can specify the display order of user-defined fields (UDFs) on a form by following these 6 steps:

1. Access the Form: Open the specific document or object where your user-defined fields are located.

2. Switch to Layout Mode: Click on "Form Settings" or the "Set Layout" option depending on the module you're in. This is usually found in the menu options. You'll be taken to a layout editor where you can modify the arrangement of fields.

3. Edit User-Defined Fields: Look for the UDFs you've created; they typically appear in the layout editor. Organize the fields by dragging them to the desired positions. The order in which you place them will determine the display order for all users.

4. Save Layout: After arranging the fields as desired, make sure to save the layout changes.

5. Adjust Form Properties: If needed, check the properties of the form to ensure the changes are set to display for all users. You can also ensure that any visibility or permission settings for the UDFs are configured correctly.

6. Exit the layout aditor and verify that the arrangement appears as intendend when you open the form.

It sets only the current user. I would like to apply my settings to all users

This method allows you to set the display order of UDFs for all users accessing that specific form within SAP Business. Speak to your SAP B1 administrator if you encounter permissions issues or if the settings do not seem to apply to all users as expected

Earlier I edited my form as LoHa showed. The form is OK for me, but not other users. My user is superuser.
