User cannot see a PDF file in VF03 (Attachment List)

VF03 -> inform a document -> press icon to open 'Attachment List'. PDF file is one of document attachet, but it displays an empty screen instead of PDF document.

Hi,

have you tried with other documents or attachments.

Could be a problem with the viewer.

Is it only for one or all users not possible?

Thanks for your message,. As information, the issue was related to a connection between ECC and Archiving server that storaged PDF attachments.
