App name: Manage G/L Account Master Data

1 user can't create G/L account, even though other users can. System is 2 system landscape

This doesn't appear to be an authorization issue. We have checked this using the 'display authorization trace' app

This business catalog allows for app Manage G/L Account Master Data. In q system "Create or change G/L account master data in the standard view and in the expert worklist"

 

In App Business Catalogs 
Business catalog id 
SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_FIN_GLA_PC

Check is used in business roles

 

In app Iam information system for business roles check users roles assigned to.

Assign existing business role with catalog to user or create new role with catalog and assign to user concerned.
