User Authorizations change in version 10

Hi All

Any idea what other changes in User Authorization in version 10 other than a more detail Authorization of Business Partner Master Data on separate Tabs?

Is there any relevant SAP Note or explanation guide?

Hi Kedalene,

I suggest you go through What's New in SAP Business One 10.0 page and select all SPs and FPs you missed. There you can search for new functions or authorization. Most new functions are introduced with no authorizazion as default. Similar to Business Partner Master Data also for Item Master data tabwise authorization was introduced.

I managed to highlight many new Authorizations after exported both versions Authorizations to Excel for comparison. But there is no detail documentation about each new Authorization which is assumed self explanatory?

That's also a good idea.
In SAP Help Portal you can download the "How to define Authorizations Guide for SAP Business One 10.0" PDF guide which provides descriptions for most of the authorizations.
