User Attributes Not Transferred to SAP BTP from Azure AD via IAS with OIDC

Hello Experts,

I have configured SAP IAS as a proxy and Azure as IdP, with OIDC as protocol between Azure and IAS. I am trying to log  in BAS. but I have encountered an issue- Access denied.  The User is created in SAP BTP but the user name are not transferred correctly und first und last name are not transferred at all to SAP BTP:

Configuration in IAS:

• Subject Name Identifier: (Corporate Identity Provider) - NameID
  
• Attributes:
  

Configuration in Azure:

• The necessary claims such as are available in Azure AD.

Where could the issue be in the configuration?
