the objective of UAT is to test the Functionality, Roles & Authorization , to confirm that the process can be executed as agreed in the Fit-to-Standard workshop.

The Manual Test Template may serve as a template for recording test results and statuses, though other tools or trackers may be employed in the project as determined by project management, link for Manual Test Template-

The customer should leverage the Test Strategy Template in their Explore to understand what are different types of test along with User Acceptance the customer should conduct in their cycle, link-

Also, I would highly recommend the Customer to leverage the Test Automation Tool which can be accessed in their Q-system and it also has a dashboard app which give analysis on the number of automates passed, failed, in progress, etc.

For Testing Cases, the customer can leverage the Best Practice Explorer to understand the flow of the scope item-
