Use of Clerk s Internet field in Vendor Master Correspondence view

Dear All

In Vendor Master Correspondence View, in the Correspondance section there is a field called Clrk 's Internet.

Would like to know the purpose of this field.

Hi Shyam,

We have created some Z programs, which mail the P.O details to the clerk maintained.

Others use it to send AP related info.

Thank for feedback.

Other an Z program, in Standarad SAP if we maintain a email id in this filed ( an external email id )...whether any settings can be done so that AP can be forwarded to this Id ?
