Usage of task list (IA05)

Hi everybody,

At the moment I use as usage of task list : 04 Maintenance,

But I would like to know if there are impacts if I create new usages to differentiate several tasks lists ?

Hi,

Yes you can create new task List Usage as per you convince to differentiate Task List purpose. No impact.

Task List usage used for analysis purpose of Task List. You can analyze task list by Plant Maintenance activity, Production activity, either this is for material Check or to follow sequence of activity while good issue or receipt.

You can do selection of task lists in IA08/ IA09/IA10 to change/ Display on one screen on basis of Usage List.

If you do not require different task list usages for analysis purposes, you should use the SAP default setting. Ensure that you have a range of other selection options in addition to task list usage. You can Keep this Black.

Except analysis purpose there is no Impact of Task List Usage. This is my consideration.
