Urgent question : refresh demo environment for S/4 HANA Cloud

I have an urgent question from a partner regarding their demo environemnt: they did presales activities for a customer they just signed. now they want to refresh all the data to start over with another one.

How can they delete the data to start using their environemnt again please ?

Hi There,

There is no way to refresh the system at present (as you might need to delete configuration, master data and transactional data).

The best idea will be to ask for reprovisioning the system including sample data, however you need to check with operations to see if there is any charge for this.
