Urgent- Asset accounting

Hi,

My user creating AUC assets in asset master under origin tab

system is asking as required fields 1.original asset2.acquision on

wedont want as required fields when we creating asset master under AUC .

For this what will do , can any body please help me this is urgent requirement.

Hi Prabhakar,

For changing the Fiedl status in the Asset Master the Path in SPRO is as follows:-

SPRO>Financial Accounting>Asset Accounting>Master Data>Screen Layout>Define Screen Layout for Asset Master Data.

Click on Define Screen Layout for Asset Master Data then a pop up bax will appear giving you an option to Define or create Screen Layout.

Clcick on Define Screen Layout option. Then it will display the list of all the existing Layout . Choose the Layout defined for AUC & click on Logical field groups, then it will display all the tabs in an asset master.Select General Data row and click on Field group rules.

Then you have an option too change the status .

Hope this will enable you to solve your problem.
