Uploaded .PDF file by DTW in OCRD Table in SAP B1

Dear All,

I want to upload the all Vendors MSME Certificate file as a attachment by DTW. Can anyone suggest, how it will work?

Hi @labindia123 

Your attachment's record should exist in the OATC and ATC1 Table first. You can import attachment's record via DTW (Administration - System Initialization - Attachments2).

Once you have all the attachments in OATC and ATC1 Table, you need to use ‘AtcEntry’ column in the template for OCRD.

‘AtcEntry’ column in OCRD Template should have the value of ‘AbsEntry’ column from the OATC Table for a particular attachment.
