Upload Tax Rates -SAP S4 Public Cloud

Hi Experts, 

We are trying to upload tax rates and tried with one entry as follows. We followed the template but the upload fails. 

#000001 36(Level1- 8 characters) 00(Level2-8 characters) 029A0 (Level3- 8 characters) 8(Lever4- 8 characters) 4(Jurisdiction Code Level Indicator-1 character) o1 (Tax Code-2 characters) 1 ( "Tax Code Type"-1 character) 20240701(Date Changed-8 characters) Sales tax, 6% State, 1% County, 1% City ("Jurisdiction Code Description-50 characters), 1 space, reserved, 8000(8*100*1000) ( "Tax Rate- 11 digits),  X (DiN indicator- 1 character), X(TxN indicator- 1 character )20250101(Valid From Date-8 characters)

Total of 122 characters in each line.

We already entered this jurisdiction code in the system. 

All seems to be good from our end, but the file is not getting uploaded. It says that the tax rate is wrong. 

What is wrong in this record.

Thanks a lot Priyanka, my note pad had some issue while pasting the template from excel. My tech team converted it and I am able to upload them now. Thank you
