Upload of supplement and transfer budget

We would like to know how to upload supplement and transfer budget in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

In order to upload budgets in your system, you can make use of "Import Financial Plan Data" app, where you will be able to upload a template with all required fields in a CSV file to your system.

When use Import Financial plan Data, If data for the previous year has already been imported, and you want to import only the Plan and Budget for the current year, after importing only the current year data, the Plan and Budget entries for the previous year disappear.
How can we prevent the data from the previous year from disappearing?
