Upload Multiple Counter Plan using LTMC

Hi experts

I have urgent query related to upload Multiple Counter Maintenance Plan using LTMC or Batch Input.

I have created Cycel set (IP11Z) then Creat Task lIst and also assign Cycle set as a Strategy. Now I got stuck to upload maintenance Plan.

Can anyone please help me how to fill standard template to upload data using LTMC
