Can I use this app to upload Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) journal entries?

No. The Upload General Journal Entries app supports uploading G/L journal entries only. To upload or create AP and AR journal entries, use the Import Supplier Invoices app and the Create Billing Document Requests app.
