Upload functionality for debit/credit material (MR22)

 Apps "Manage material valuaiton" provides the function "Debit/Credit Material" but i can't find  upload functionality.  The MR22 upload functionality is useful during inventory data migration with scope item 33Q(Actual costing). Is there any workaround or will it release in the near future.

Debit/Credit materials do not have upload features.

Upload Material Inventory Prices can change multiple material prices.

can you explain more about why "the MR22 upload functionality is useful during inventory data migration with scope item 33Q(Actual costing)"?

When initial inventory migration, if we can upload stock quantity with standard price first and change stock value with actual cost using MR22 after monthly closing in old system, the downtime can be minimized.
