Upload Document Reference Information via DTW RDR21

hi,
i need tu upload via DTW the table RDR21.
In post 11869854 i read that in 2016 this is not available in the DTW at this stage.

Is the function available now?
DTW fails with error "Update Failed Can not find this object in B1 Application-defined or object-defined error.65171 "

I'm at SAP BUSINESS ONE 10.0 FP2405. DTW version 10.0.251.0.

Hello

The error is because you don't have all the required data in the template.

DTW Template Fields Explained:

🔹 ParentKey (DocNum): The document number where you want to add the referenced document. (Example: 91490549)

🔹 DocEntry: The DocEntry of the ParentKey document (Example: DocEntry of 91490549)

🔹 RefDocEnt: The DocEntry of the document you want to reference.

🔹 RefObjType: The Object Type (ObjType) of the document you want to reference.

With this setup, DTW will correctly link the referenced document to your target document.

You can generate the template RDR21. It must work if it is filled correctly.
