Upload/Create Logistics Area in Bulk in Business ByDesign.

Dear SAP Team,

We are looking for standard upload function in ByD where we can upload/create bin locations in bulk against the location as the number of count for bin location against each location is high  and we have multiple locations,

Please let us know if we can upload/create bin location via excel template in ByD.

Dear Vimal, 

There is no option to perform mass upload of logistics areas via Excel. However, you can create multiple logistics areas via the below given steps in the system.

1. Go to Supply Chain Design Master Data
2. Navigate to the Locations view.
3. Search and select the relevant Site.
4. Choose the Edit Site Layout option.
5. Select the Add Multiple Logistics Areas button.
6. Enter the Pattern ID, From and To Logistics Area IDs and Reference Logistics area from which the new logistics areas/bins should be created.
7. Choose the OK button.
8. Review the list of Logistics Areas created and choose the Save button.

Note: Choose the Logistics Area for reference from under the same site.
