Upgrade SAP ERP6.0 EHP6 to EHP7

Hello to all,

we are planning to do an upgrade von EHP6 to EHP7. Is there any document, that points out the differences between EHP6 and EHP7.

Hi Christian,

please go through below Central Note for EHP7 based on NW 7.4 for information on list of Components that are getting updated / upgraded as part of EHP7.

you can upgrade your system to EHP7 with using SUM.

with Calculated Stack XML from Solution manager (MOPZ)

Hi Christian,

at http://service.sap.com/erp-ehp you can check the differencies of the business functions.

Click on "All business functions in detail" to check which functions have been delivered with which EHP.

Technically EHP7 is based on SAP Netweaver 7.4 (SAP_BASIS 740, SAP Kernel at least 740)) and EHP6 on SAP Netweaver 7.03 (SAP_BASIS 731, SAP Kernel at least 720_EXT).

My Focus is on the functions that changed for localizing the sections need to be tested.

Hello Deepak,

I've already tried the SAP Solution Browser. I read a guide which described, that you can select the source EHP stack and the target, but i could do this in the tool.

Is there a guide to work with the solution browser?

Solution browser now has been changed to Innovation Discovery for SAP products
