Updating Telephone number for Customers' Account in SAP BYD

Hi everyone, our company is end user of SAP BYD. Now we have about 400 accounts of customers which need to be maintained telephone numbers but we were unable to find any field in mass data maintenance function for updating telephone. Do you have any advice for this?

Hi Lily Nguyen,

If you want to Update the Phone Number then there is no fields in Mass Data Maintenance.

If you want to Add the Phone Number then you can follow below steps:

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Select Implementation Projects view or Overview.
3. Search and Open the migration activity Migration of Customers
4. Execute Migration for the respective Migration File with mode Enhance Existing Records.

@Anant: The above mentioned solution will not work, The Solution which helped me to Update the Mobile number Data using SOAP UI.
