Hi! Is there a way to update Reason for Rejection and Delivery Block in VA32 (Scheduling Agreement)? Also, is there a function module for it? Thank you!

Also the question is not clear - are you asking about changing a field while running transaction VA32? Then this is done in a user exit, not by a function. All SD user exits are well documented, use search.
