updating of batch quantities in MQC

Hi Experts,

While creating a process order we are doing batch determination for the key raw material (with unit of issue KAI). System is selecting the appropriate batch and during gooods issue the withdrawn quantity (in KG which is the base unit of measure)is updating in MIGO screen as per the strength of issued batch. But in the "withdrawn quantity" field in materials tab or in the MQC screen of the order, the issued quantity of that particular material is not being shown in KG. Is it a standard SAP functionality or are we doing some mistake and the issued quantity in KG can also be made to show up in the order screen ?

( By selecting appropriate layout in "documented goods movement" from order menu, the issued quantity in base unit of measure may be seen, but against the requirement in KAI can the issued quantity be seen in KG directly in the order screen ?)

Hi Ribeiro,

Yes, my problem is solved. I am getting the issued quantity in material tab of order (though the unit KG does not show up here) as well as in MIGO document in KG. It is a standard functionality, i must have committed some mistake in master data earlier.

Sorry for the misleading answer. Had to come back to the closed thread to clarify. I am not able to see the issued quantity in KG in materials tab. I can see it in MIGO screen or in the backflush screen. In materials tab of order it shows the issued quantity in KAI or LAI only (the unit is not visible there but the quantity corresponds to the active ingredient quantity).

Thanks for the support.

My question with the back flush still open. The system is still proposing the quantity to consume in alternative unit and with wrong quantity.

My ex:

Comp A = 10Kg.

I´ve used 10 KI1 (alternative) and the system is working fine. After batch determination for a batch with potency: 98% the system propose in RESB 10,2Kg but in COR6n is proposing the inverse: 9,8 KI1. Any idea on this?

Hi Subh, We are using material quantity calculation for our products; we have maintained all the necessary requirements and the material quantity calculation is working fine but the material quantity screen is getting displayed for each component item how can we restrict it to only one.
