Update the user who's approving a Purchase Requisition

Good morning,
I've been tasked with updating the user's credential involved in Purchase Requisition Approval.
Basically I need to change an old user to a new one.
The Release Strategies for the PRs has already been created.
How should I proceed? Thanks!

if you are using standard workflow then first you have to update the approver (the agent) in OLME>Purchase Requisition>Release Procedure>Procedure with Classification>Set Up Procedure with Classification>Workflow

once this is done you can redetermine the agent in an existing workflow

you can do that by displaying the work item, click Edit>Change and then Execute Agent Rules or alternatively you can use the program RSWIWILS (t-code SWI1_RULE).

Assuming you're using a standard PR release strategy, you should consult with the Basis Consultant to authorize the PR release code for the user ID of the new approver.
