Update Multiple PRT measuring points manually on PP confirmation

Hi Expert,

We implemented counter base PM for PRT and measuring points are count upon production order confirmation (PRT assigned to PP order operation)

I have a scenario where I need to assign two PRTs (PRT1 & PRT2) into this operation and counters are updated evenly

(If the PP confirmation is done for 10 products PRT 1 counter 1 and PRT 2 counter 2 increase by 10 )

I need manually change the counter increasing quanty while doing the PP confimation eg: for counter 1 by 6 and for counter 2 by 4

Is this possible in standard CO11N screen?

Please help me with alternative

Thanks

Ashok

Hello,

The usage counter is updated in relation to the confirmed quantity for equipment PRTs that are assigned to the operation and for which a measuring point has been defined.

This mean, if the operation has an equipment PRT, assigned and this equipment PRT has a measuring point, then the confirmation will update the usage counter.

Regarding PRT usage formula you need to refer the standard SAPF02 formula so here you can create your own formula to update PRT counter with your own logic.

Hi Brahmankar,

Thanks for your input. yes we do practice this. There is a new requirement where we have a single production order with multiple PRTs. (as of now each PRT counter will even increase the production quantity)

My new requirement is to specify the PRT during production confirmation and increase the counter only in the specified PRT. Is this possible in standard ?

Thanks

Hello,

As I know it is not possible to manipulate it during the confirmation in Standard SAP. You may check some enhancement with function module like CF_BT_CO_CONFIRM and MEASUREM_DOCUM_DIALOG_LIST_1.
