Update managerial hierarchy /employment data for next years

hi team,

We are trying to update manager of employees for 5 years, but is only allowing to update till last date of current year , so how we can update hierarchy for next years.

Also is there way to diirectly extend hierarchy for next years without loadiung template?

If you're using the Import Employee App to maintain the HR master data in your S/4HCloud system, you can create the relationship Employee-Manager by filling the column ManagerPersonExternalID in the Employment Data file. You can create as many rows as you need with the different Manager associations.

In case you're facing any error, please create a ticket under CA-HR-S4 and we'll investigate the issue deeper.
