Update field inside existing Purchase Info Records

Hi guys,

Please, I would appreciate your help. I need to understand and clarify one point. I've a set of existing Purchase Info Records, but the return agreement(RUECK) field is not populated. So, I would like to populated on that field through data migration. Is it possible?

On my mind it should be populated inside EINA table.
If possible, which fields should I provided as well?
My thoughts are: -Purchase Info Records Number / -Return agreement. I'm not sure if I need push to SAP Article/Material and Vendor as well as it will be already there.

Could you please confirm if you're working S/4HANA Cloud, public edition?

If yes, only key user extensibility is supported by Migration Cockpit.

Hello,

You can use mass change transaction and choose bus3003 for purchasing info record. Then select EINA-RUECK and input your purchasing info record number to be updated.
