Unused account in public cloud

I want to tag  f/l account as unused in Public cloud, but I encouter this message:* No message found in T100;

Any idea?

There was no number displayed, only the message above.
The issue was resolved after a period of time, and it seems that it was simply a matter of synchronising the system.
