Unblock GL for posting

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to unblock a GL account for posting. The account is blocked at the company code level, and I want it o unblock at the company code level.

Hello prithi,

Menu Path

From the SAP R/3 screen, select the path: Accounting >> Financial accounting >> General ledger >>

(new menu) Master records >> Block/unblock

Fast Path

At the Command Line, enter: FS05.

Block G/L Acct: Request Screen

Enter the G/L account number to be blocked / unblocked.

Press (F4) to access a matchcode.

Enter company code and press Enter to access the block GL a/c screen

Use this screen to block / unblock the account for different postings.

In transaction FS00 choose from menu G/L account option Block/Unblock.
