unable to reverse downpayment requerst

Hi All,

I am trying to reverse a DP request but system throws the error "

"Item 00010 for purchasing document xxxxxxxxxx has deletion indicator L

Message no. ME713""

is it not possible to reverse this downpayment request now as the line item has been deleted, also pls let me know how can a line item deleted? i can see that the deletion indicator is updated in EKPO-LOEKZ.

A deletion indicator is usually entered manually bý a user, hence you can check the item changes in ME23N via menu Environment

the deletion indicator can be removed by selecting the item and clicking the unlock button below the item overview.

In case the deletion indicator needs to remain in PO, cannot we reverse the DP request document?

I have checked in F-48, it does not allow to make the Down payment using that request, still will this DP request remain as it is?

Hi,

Unless you undelete the P.O item in ME22N, you cannot do any action on the following documents.
