Unable to retrieve the Specialists who are not on Collection worklist

• Inability to retrieve the details of specialists who are not on the collection worklist.
• The SAP Standard app "Supervise Collection Worklist" discards the specialist details who are not on the collection worklist and only provides open worklist item information.
• A custom CDS View was created from the data source I_CollectionWorklistItem to show the specialists even if they are not on the collection worklist, but the issue persists.
