Unable to prepone the end date of a facility

Hi,

This is regarding a facility for which we are unable to prepone the end date from 31.03.2014 to 10.09.2011 . Whenever we are trying to prepone the end date message appears " Drawings exist that lie after the end of the term 10.09.2011".

This is happening because of a linked contract whose end date is 31.03.2014.

But this contract has already been reversed.

Hence, it is strange why the contract still appears inside the Drawings List of the facility & preventing from preponing the end date of the facility.

If anyone can provide some resolution, it will be helpful.

Hi,

Pls check whether the linked contract has been fully reversed i.e. has status reversed or only the settlement activity reversed.

When you reverse the transaction, It will automatically update the linked facility also and you will be able to change the end date. The transaction will not appear in the drawings.

The linked contract has status 'reversed'.

But still the transaction is appearing in the "Drawings".
