Unable to pass Sale Order discount condition value to PO discount condition value

Even after clicking on 'update' in PO conditions tab for updating the custom condition type for discount you are only getting the value from Sales orders condition record and not the changed value in sales order's Respective condition type.

When you click on Analysis button for the respective condition type in Purchase order, you will see it says  condition record exist and thus its picked  up the value from the same.

So you may have to change the sales order condition record value.
