Unable to Open to Open Item List in SAP Business One 10

Hello Experts,

I have a problem in SAP Business One 10 (FP2208), HANA Db,
Some of our users are unable to open the Open Item List from the Sales - AR,

As per SAP note 3287549, they need to open the Open Item List from Inventory section.

Error "Table not found '' (Y) (ODBC - 2004) [Message 131-183]".

Since they are finance/Sales users, I cannot allow them to use the inventory section.

Can you guide me how can I solve this problem ?

Hi,

There are 2 options

1. Open Item List report appears in many modules: sales, purchasing, inventory, production. The workaround from SAP Note is not related to authorization. It's just other door to access Open Item List without error. Just guide your user to use the report in Inventory Module instead of Sales Module.
2. Upgrade your system to Ver 10 FP 2305 to fix the issue.
