Unable to make the payment form as empty for the certain condition type under the lease contracts, especially after the migration of such lease contracts.

For example if the condition type is maintained as Exercise Price, the payment form maintained with any inputs (eg: In advance) which should be empty.

But it is not editable, In such scenarios you can give the add row under the conditions tab, once you give the add row, the payment form field will be empty for the exercise price and you can save it. This will also avoid some error messages after the migration of lease contracts.
