Unable to generate PRs for operations in a Work Order

Hello everyone,

A client is having an issue involving the creation of purchase requisitions for a subset of positions while creating a maintenance/work order.

As shown in image, the field Res/PurcRq is set to "From release" for both operation 0020 and 0040 when, instead, they should be set to Inmediately, as shown for positions 0030 and 0050.

The purchase requisitions are created interspersedly.

The user is unable to modify this field.

A deeper view into operation/position 0020 shows no creation of a PR.

Meanwhile, operation 0030 does, indeed, shows a PR being created.

Customizing for both QAS and PRD.

Also, is there a link between Control Keys and Purchase Requisition creation?

hello @sebiemb,

Please check the change log of the maintenance order in the production system. User might have changed the PR triggering point from Never to Immediate / From Release in the operation dropdown. In SPRO it is a default setting. It can be changed in maintenance order screen manually.

If nothing works then check if any enhancement is done related to PR triggering. But chances are rare.
