Unable to find CDS view for custom BTP Adobe form for COA using RAP application

Hi All,

We are currently working on creating a custom Adobe form for the COA (Certificate of Analysis) within the RAP application on the S/4 HANA Public Cloud. 
To facilitate this, we require CDS views that can link the delivery document number or delivery item number (from where the form is triggered) to the inspection lot number and the associated item-level characteristics.

Could you please assist us in identifying or creating the necessary CDS views to support this integration? Additionally, if there is any alternate approach or linkage to fetch the characteristics for the specific delivery item, please let us know.

Is there a reason that I_InspectionLot doesn't work for you? 

It already has Delivery Doc and Delivery Doc Item
