Unable to delete the released work order

Hi Team,

When we try to delete the released work orders through the below programs we are unable to delete them:

Preparation program - Set deletion flag / deletion indicator

RIARCORV / RIARCORVS

The WRITE program - Generate the archive file

RIARCORA / RIARCORAS

The DELETION program - Remove the order records from main database tables

RIARCORD / RIARCORDS 

Can you please help me on this.

Hi,

The deletion flag cannot be set for a work order with release status.

You can first set the status of the work order to TECO->CLSD by first technically completing and then business completing the work order.

If this works for a single order in your case, then you can set the work orders to TECO and CLSD in mass using standard report/transactions.
