You have tried several times to modify the operation table/ columns in the production order or production task form template via Easy Form Editor, however they are not saved.
Refresh the page and re-open the Form Template and notice the modification is not reflected in Form Template.

This is a known limitation of the Production Order/Production Task Form Template. These forms cannot be modified using the Easy Form Editor. Please use Adobe LiveCycle Designer (ALD) to customize the forms.
