Unable to create Investment Program Position ( T Code IM11)

When I am trying to create the Investment Program Position ( T Code IM11) , the below error is prompted .

Below details are entered in IM11 . Any idea where do we maintain the internal number assignment for the Investment Program Position. Refer Screen Shot 1 for the error.

Termination when internal number assignment used

Message No. AP119

Diagnosis

When you were creating a capital investment program position, the system could not provide an internal position number.

System Response

Termination of processing.

Procedure

Check the internal number range for capital investment program positions:
There has to be an internal number interval 01 with
lower limit = '00000000' and upper limit = '99999999'.

Create this interval, or contact the SAP Hotline.

Found the solution . Use T Code OIT4 to maintain the number range for Investment Prog Position .
